Last Updated: October 31, 2026

This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) describes the practices of Alejandra León Studio (“Alejandra León Studio,” “we,” “our,” and “us”) with respect to the personal information we collect from or about you when you use our websites or services (collectively, the “Services”). If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

Products, commissions, and acquisitions on the Services are processed by Fourthwall, Inc. (“Fourthwall”), our merchandising partner and merchant of record. Fourthwall uses the information you provide at secure checkout to complete and support your transaction as an independent controller under Fourthwall’s Privacy Policy, and shares transaction and customer details with us. Fourthwall’s Merchandise Privacy Policy explains how Fourthwall handles your order information. Fourthwall also hosts our website and provides certain services to us, such as analytics and message delivery. We, not Fourthwall, are responsible for our own content, communications, marketing, and private design brief intake files.
