01 — The Signature Concept

$850 CAD

A distinctive architectural or interior concept brought to life through one carefully art-directed, high-resolution visual. 

Includes:

  • One custom architectural or interior concept image.

  • Creative direction and visual styling.

  • Material, lighting, and atmosphere development.

  • One refinement round.

Ideal for a design presentation, creative pitch, property concept, or visual campaign.


02 — The Cinematic Property Story

From $2,800 CAD

A cohesive visual experience that transforms a property or architectural concept into a cinematic presentation. 

Includes:

  • 8 custom-curated architectural and interior scenes.

  • One cinematic film of up to 30 seconds.

  • Creative direction and visual consistency.

  • Editorial typography and atmospheric sound design.

  • One refinement round.

Delivered in either vertical or widescreen format.


03 — The Bespoke Architectural World

From $5,500 CAD

A complete visual world developed around an ambitious architectural, residential, or hospitality vision.

Includes:

  • 12–16 custom-curated architectural and interior scenes.

  • One cinematic film of up to 60 seconds.

  • A cohesive visual narrative.

  • Creative direction, styling, and atmosphere.

  • Editorial typography and sound design.

  • Two refinement rounds.

Each commission is individually scoped according to its creative complexity and requirements.


All prices are in CAD, before applicable taxes. Projects are confirmed through a written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.

  • 50% deposit to reserve the project.

  • 50% balance before final delivery.

  • 2 revision rounds.

  • Additional work quoted separately.
