Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Alejandra León Studio (“Studio,” “Creator,” “we,” or “us”) and our website at alejandraleon.ca (the “Site”). These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between Alejandra León Studio and each person who accesses or uses the Site (“Client,” “End User,” “you,” or “your”) regarding general browsing and the formal arrangement of creative services, fine art acquisitions, and digital layout commissions.
Transactions, service allocations, and digital asset acquisitions completed on the Site are securely processed by Fourthwall, Inc. (“Fourthwall”), our built-in merchant gateway partner, and are governed by integrated security standards. By accessing our Site or initiating an inquiry, you agree to be fully bound by these structural studio terms.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND, AS A CONDITION TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE STUDIO’S PRIVACY POLICY (TOGETHER, THESE “TERMS”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION TO USE THE SITE.
1. Studio Engagements & Commission Framework
The Studio provides high-end visual direction, original physical artwork, digital architectural worlds, graphic design layouts, and custom web architecture.
- Financial Curation: Our signature design arrangements (such as the Identity & Digital Space Commission) require a 50% non-refundable upfront retainer commitment to clear the studio calendar and secure production scheduling. The remaining 50% balance must be fully processed and cleared through our secure checkout gateway or direct institutional transfer prior to the final digital delivery, source file handover, or public website launch.
- Production Timelines: Production sprints span 10 to 14 business days from the date the studio receives all required client text copy, intake briefs, and asset directions.
- Refinement Scope: Each standard commission stage includes exactly one (1) comprehensive round of modifications. Structural style revisions, layout alterations, or brief changes beyond this defined parameter will be contractually invoiced at the studio’s baseline consulting rate.
2. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership
The visual interfaces, cinematic motion videos, bespoke repeating patterns, vector branding files, custom layouts, graphics, and original canvas paintings displayed on this website or produced for clients are the exclusive intellectual property of Alejandra León Studio.
- Licensing Rights: Upon project finalization and complete payment settlement, clients receive an exclusive commercial production license to deploy their specific brand identity and web layouts across their business operations.
- Asset Boundaries: Raw artwork layers, source assets, and fictional visual environments cannot be parsed out, resold, or redistributed independently without an explicit, contractually signed corporate copyright buyout document executed by Alejandra León.
3. Architectural Concept Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Alejandra León Studio provides conceptual artistic direction, advanced layout styling, lifestyle storytelling layers, and high-concept digital visualizations only.
- Our unbuilt residential portfolios, cinematic estate films, and rendering mockups do not substitute for technical architectural blueprints, certified engineering drafts, structural calculations, or municipal building documentation.
- We accept zero legal liability regarding building construction, zoning laws, code enforcement, or engineering decisions planned by clients or outside development entities.
4. Eligibility & Personal Account Security
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. To access private project tracking or membership vaults, you may be required to register for a client account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. If you suspect your secure client dashboard has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

5. Prohibited Conduct
By using the Site, you explicitly agree not to:
- Reproduce, distribute, scrape, or publicly copy our curated artistic assets or fictional concept designs without studio authorization.
- Interfere with security features, reverse-engineer layout code, or deploy automated scrapers across our digital environments.
- Impersonate corporate entities, provide fraudulent project intake data, or misrepresent transaction permissions.
6. Modifications to Terms & Services
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms on a going-forward basis at any time to align with legal parameters. Continued use of our site and design portals following an update constitutes full agreement. Studio service allocations and pricing parameters may be updated periodically without external notice.
7. Termination
If you break any binding provision of these terms, your studio clearance and site access automatically terminate. Sections regarding our intellectual property rights, non-refundable deposit terms, and architectural liability limits will permanently survive project completion or termination.
